1) Please sign the Save Our Schools NJ petition against virtual charter schools and other proposed destructive changes to the New Jersey charter law and get your friends and family to sign it as well.

 

Each signature generates a letter to Legislative leaders and your Senator and Assembly members, reminding them that New Jersey residents want them to take action to oppose these destructive proposals. 2) Please send a quick email to your legislators asking them to protect the school funding formula and to fund our public schools.

 

The proposed NJ State Budget would change the current school funding formula and would underfund 95% of all school districts across the State by more than $2.5 billion over the next five years. Find out how much funding your school district would lose under the proposed budget.
