WHAT’S AT STAKE
In 2009, New Jersey ’s voters will cast their ballots in a highly competitive governor’s race. In addition, the entire State Assembly and the two State Senate seats in the 6th and 23rd districts will be up for election. A record number of 65 labor candidates will be on the ballot. And, depending on the outcomes of all these elections, appointments will be made for the State Supreme Court, replacing four of the seven sitting justices.
The 2009 election cycle is being viewed as a referendum on organized labor, the Obama Presidency, and Congressional Democrats. Therefore, we must work together and prove that “Yes We Can – Again! November 3, 2009.”
Voters determine election winners.
