The labor movement is fighting to stop the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) because working people cannot afford another giveaway to companies that have profited from shipping our jobs overseas and from exploiting both low-cost labor and lax safety/environmental standards around the world.
Right now multinational corporations and right-wing congressional leaders are trying to pass this job-destroying trade deal that was negotiated behind closed doors by those who would benefit most from its passage. We can and must stop TPP in its tracks. You can help by joining for the following actions:

There are few issues as critical to the future of our nation and middle class as global trade, and we must demand that Congress stand with working people. The labor movement and the solidarity of our members and allies are the reason that TPP has not yet passed, and we must make sure that we see the fight through to the finish. By adding your voice to our nationwide effort, we can do just that.
