Our sisters and brothers of AFSCME New Jersey Council 63 need our support.
Workers at SERV – the Social Educational Residential Vocational Behavioral Health System – voted to have Council 63 represent 55 behavioral health workers, but the employer has hired a nationally known union-busting law firm to try to delay the certification process at the NLRB.
On Wednesday, March 11, from 3 to 5 p.m., AFSCME New Jersey Council 63 will rally at SERV headquarters to demand that SERV respect the choice of the workers and recognize AFSCME as their union rep.
What: SERV Workers Rally for Respect
Where: SERV headquarters, 20 Scotch Road, Ewing, NJ, 08628
When: Wednesday, March 11, 3 p.m.
Please come out and let SERV know these workers deserve union representation. Wear your colors! Union Strong!
