Our Solidarity is our Strength!

At this weekend’s labor walks in the Northwest, and the Atlantic/Cape May Central Labor Councils hundreds of enthusiastic union members from every sector of our labor movement participated in the first walks of the season.

Eager to have important face-to-face conversations with their fellow union members, our volunteers are already making a tangible difference in this year’s election which is more important than ever to protecting the right to organize, our pensions, our healthcare, and promoting affordability for all working people.

Together, we will continue to build upon the wealth of worker power in our state as we elect one U.S. senator, 12 U.S. representatives, and dozens of our rank-and-file union members running for office. By electing candidates who share our union values, we will continue to lead the fight to raise the standard of living.

We thank all of our brothers and sisters who came out this weekend, our Central Labor Council officers who recruit volunteers, and our affiliates who open up their union halls, and provide volunteers. Through our solidarity, the New Jersey labor movement will continue to prevail!
