The New Jersey State AFL-CIO is proud to announce the 19th annual Women in Leadership Development (WILD) Conference that will take place at the Hilton East Brunswick Hotel & Executive Meeting Center from Friday, March 7 to Saturday, March 8, 2025.
At this year’s conference, we have highly credentialed presenters and speakers who will equip union women with tools to strengthen our core union values, and achieve wellness and balance in 2025. WILD provides a unique opportunity for union sisters to sharpen their leadership skills, and to strategize and network with experts and peers.
