The U.S. House of Representatives is scheduled to vote Friday, March 27, on the $2.2 trillion package of labor-friendly bills designed to help working families and restart the economy.
The Senate passed the package 96-0.
The New Jersey State AFL-CIO supports this legislation, which improves unemployment insurance benefits and sends money directly to the families hurt by the coronavirus crisis.
