The New Jersey State AFL-CIO is proud to announce the 17th Annual Women in Leadership Development (WILD) Conference will take place at the Hilton East Brunswick from March 13-14, 2020. This year’s conference will offer new and enlightening insights into building leadership skills, women’s labor history, and the fight for our economic future.

WILD CONFERENCE

MARCH 13-14, 2020

Back by popular demand, we will once again be joined by singer/songwriter Bev Grant whose “We Were There” performance is an opportunity for all of us to celebrate and experience the stories of the world’s most courageous women leaders.

We will expand on the empowerment and leadership skills from past conferences with a new dynamic training program developed by the national AFL-CIO; Cultural Change: Addressing Unwanted Behaviors in our Movement.

This conference is one you will not want to miss. Further details regarding registration and lodging will be sent in the coming months. Thank you as always for your continued support and for making this 17th annual WILD Conference possible.
