Over 1240 Union Volunteers Join Labor Walks to Make a Difference in 2022 Elections

Over 1240 union volunteers have participated in labor walks this week to make a difference and win this election. Together, we are fighting for union jobs and wages, better healthcare and benefits, and to defend our freedoms and the right to vote!

More volunteers are participating each week to educate our sisters and brothers about the importance of voting in the 2022 mid-term elections.

View the labor walk schedule here and volunteer with us next week!

Volunteering for labor walks is an investment in the future of collective bargaining,  healthcare, education, and our democracy. With so many competitive elections in New Jersey, our votes can make the difference for who controls Congress, as well as the direction of leadership in your community.

Our own labor candidates running for offices in communities throughout the state, as well as our endorsed congressional candidates continue to stop by the staging locations to thank our volunteers. Being a volunteer gives you the chance to meet them!

To our affiliates and Central Labor Councils whose dedication and commitment is critical to the success of Labor 2022, thank you for all that you continue to do.

You can learn more about our endorsed congressional candidates here and about our 49 endorsed labor candidates here.

For information about voting, click here. Vote-by-mail ballots are currently being mailed, giving you the opportunity to have your say in your future. If you would like to receive a vote by mail ballot, the deadline to request one in the mail is Tuesday, November 1. For more information, visit njunionstrong.org.

Can’t join us over the weekend, but still interested in being part of the victory for working families? Sign up here!
