Our Unity is Our Strength in 2022 Elections

The New Jersey State AFL-CIO and our affiliates have done everything we can to organize a far-reaching mobilization effort to ensure that our labor movement is unified behind our 49 Labor Candidates running for local, county, and federal offices throughout the state, as well as our endorsed congressional candidates.

Saturday’s labor walks were a demonstration of solidarity and strength. Statewide, more than 1200 union members came together and volunteered to educate, engage, and empower fellow union members about the stakes in this election by visiting our brothers and sisters at their homes.

Our volunteers know that this election is about the future of our freedoms and our rights to organize and vote. Our labor walks are an opportunity to come together and show our collective support for the future of our unions, communities, country, and democracy. Click here to join us on Election Day!

Our affiliates and Central Labor Councils are critical to the success of Labor 2022 and we are deeply appreciative of everything you have done and will continue to do.

For information about voting, click here. You can vote early today from 10:00a.m.– 8:00p.m and tomorrow, Sunday, November 6, 2022 from 10:00a.m– 6:00p.m. No appointment is necessary. You can also vote-by-mail, or vote in-person on Election Day.
